Aitmaad is a central administrative department which operates under the National Mu’tamid (General Secretary for Majlis Khuddam-Ul-Ahmadiyya). The Ai’tmad Department assists the Mu’tamid with his responsibilities.

 

Ai’tmad is the administrative arm of MKA Uganda. Ai’tmad manages communications throughout the majlis. The Motamid (Secretary) keeps MKA Uganda on track and accountable by recording and overseeing the day-to-day administration of the majlis.

 

The department manages all correspondence of the Majlis, under the instruction of Sadr Majlis. Another essential responsibility of the Aitmaad department is to manage the internal reporting system of the Majlis, this includes obtaining data from all branches of the Majlis (National, Regional and Local). This data is then collated and compiled in a report which is presented to Huzoor-e-Aqdas. The department is further responsible for arranging and delivering National Amila meetings which are held regularly throughout the Khuddam year.

The Aitmaad department also have a number of departmental events. An annual Office Bearers Forum is organised by the department where Office Bearers, from National, Regional and Local platforms, are in attendance. A number of workshops and talks are arranged with the aim to train and develop the Office Bearers within the Majlis. The Aitmaad department also has a fundamental role in organising and delivering the annual Majls-e-Shura.

THE DEPARTMENT

The duties of a Mo’tamad (General Secretary)  it is to maintain a firm contact with all office bearers and to constantly point them to their tasks, so that the Amila could improve their work from time to time. The mo’tamad is responsible for maintaining the record of all proceedings of the Majlis,central publications, circulars, total correspondence and for keeping an account of stationary items. Further he isresponsible to send his report to the central office in time.

TASKS

All the tasks of a Mo’tamad can be divided into four major tasks:

  • Ijlas-e-Amila (preparation, announcement, tasks, follow-up)
  • Ijlas-e-Aam (preparation, announcement, follow-up)
  • Reporting (data collection, creation, dispatch)
  • Custodian of Properties

The department is further responsible for arranging and delivering National Amila meetings which are held regularly throughout the Khuddam year.

Events of the Department
  • Annual Office Bearers Forum where office bearers, from National, Zonal and Circuit levels, are in attendance.
  • Workshops and talks arranged with the aim to train and develop the office bearers within the Majlis.
  • The Ai’tmad department also has a fundamental role in organising and delivering the annual Majls-e-Shura.
